Shipping cost

Shipping within the United States is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery within the US typically takes 8–15 business days. We'd rather tell you the honest number than surprise you — your system is worth the wait, and we're working continuously to shorten it.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping regions

We currently ship to the United States only.

Lost, stolen, or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or your package appears lost, email support@cortxlife.com — we'll investigate with the carrier and, if it's confirmed lost, reship your order or refund you in full.

Address changes

Need to fix an address? Email support@cortxlife.com as soon as possible after ordering. We can update it any time before the order ships.
