These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cortxlife.com (the "Site") and your purchase of CORTX products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site.

Products and cosmetic use

CORTX products are cosmetic scalp-care and grooming products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice. Individual results vary. Always follow the usage directions provided with each product, and consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new topical routine if you have a medical condition, scalp condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed. All purchases are one-time transactions — we do not enroll customers in subscriptions or recurring charges.

Shipping and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy (including the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee). Both are incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

All Site content — including the CORTX name, logos, product names, copy, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, and our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
